This is my favorite chocolate cake recipe. A sticky cake with a lot of chocolate flavor. This time I mixed in chopped daim, but it is fine to use other chocolate or exclude it completely. The cake will be good regardless.
Daim Chocolate Cake
100 g butter
2,5 dl sugar
2 eggs
1,5 dl flour
0,5 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
one pinch of salt
chopped daim, to taste
Mix together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, mix well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175 degrees about 22-25 minutes. Serve with e.g ice cream.
Daim Chokladkaka
100 g smör
2,5 dl socker
2 ägg
1,5 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
4 msk kakao
en nypa salt
hackad daim, efter smak
Blanda ihop smör och socker. Tillsätt äggen, blanda väl. Rör till sist i resterande ingredienser. Fyll en bakplåtspappersklädd form med smeten och grädda i 175 grader ca 22-25 minuter. Servera med t.ex. glass.
