Liquorice and raspberries are a great combo and have long been used in candy. I got a thought of making a pie with raspberry and liquorice sauce. I used a store bought liquorice sauce, but of course you can make your own. This pie was so good! The pie crust has a caramel flavor to it and melts in the mouth and the licorice sauce and the raspberry turns out to be a match made in heaven :)
Lakrits-Hallonpaj
120 g smör, mjukt
1,5 dl socker
2,5 dl havregryn
2 dl dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
Grädda i 20-25 minuter.
Licorice Raspberry Pie
120 g butter, soft
1.5 dl sugar
2.5 dl oat flakes
2 dl dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
about 2 dl raspberries (I had frozen)
1 dl licorice sauce
Warm the oven to 175 degrees C. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Add oas, flour and baking powder, mix. Press a little more than half of the dough into individual baking tins or one large baking tin, about 20-25 cm. Add raspberries and licorice sauce. Sprinkle on the rest of the dough. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Tack!
