Oh, these were so good. Reminiscent of the oat balls I did as a child. But these are more nutritious and suitable as a afternoon snack or after a workout.
Oat Almond Chocolate Bliss Balls
14 pcs small
2 tbsp coconut oil
1,5 dl rolled oats (2/3 cup)
0,5 dl date syrup or other liquid sweetener (1/4 cup)
0,5 dl almond butter (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp cacao powder
pinch of salt
vanilla, optional
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined. Shape into
balls and roll them in oatmeal. Put in the fridge before serving.
Havre Mandel Chokladbollar
2 msk kokosolja
1,5 dl havregryn
0,5 dl dadelsirap eller annat flytande sötningsmedel
0,5 dl mandelsmör
2 msk kakaopulver
nypa salt
vanilj, valbart
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål tills slät. Forma till
bollar och rulla i havregryn. Ställ dem i kylskåpet innan servering.
