Hoppas ni hade en fin Midsommarafton. Hur var vädret där du bor, grillade du nÃ¥got gott eller firade du inte midsommar? Vi firade midsommarafton genom att gÃ¥ pÃ¥ en balletuppvisning under kvällshimlen i Fort Canning Park (Ballet under the stars) och samtidigt njöt vi av medtagen picknick.

I hope you had a nice Midsummer eve. How was the weather where you live, did you bbq anything yummy, or don't you celebrate midsummer? We celebrated Midsummer by going on a ballet show in the evening sky in Fort Canning Park (Ballet under the stars), and enjoyed a picnic.

Today's recipe is Dumle muffins, yummy :)


Dumlemuffins
12 st mindre muffins

2 ägg
1 3/4 dl kokossocker
3 dl glutenfritt mjöl
1,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
75 g smör, smält
dumlegodis, hackade i små bitar

Vispa ägg och socker fluffigt. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Fördela smeten i stadiga pappersmuffinsformar. Grädda i 200°C i 10 minuter. Låt svalna.


Dumle Muffins
12 pcs

2 eggs
1 3/4 dl coconut sugar
3 dl gluten-free flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
75 g butter, melted
dumle candy, chopped into small pieces

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Divide batter into steady paper muffin cups. Bake at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
