I tried to bake oopsies, I remember I probably heard about these 10 years ago, but I have never tried them, until now. If you want a bread that you can bite, then these are not for you. I like bread that you need to chew, and when you eat these, it feels like eating air :) But fun to try anyway.

Oopsies

3 ägg
100 g philadelphiaost
0,5 msk psyllium
0,5 tsk bakpulver

Grädda i ca 20-25 minuter.

Oopsies

3 eggs
100 g cream cheese
0,5 tbsp psyllium
0,5 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
sesame seeds to sprinkle on the oopsies

Preheat oven to 150 C degrees. Separate the whites and yolks. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, you should to be able to turn the bowl upside down without spilling anything. Whisk yolks, cream cheese, psyllium, baking powder and salt until smooth. Gently fold the egg yolk mix into the egg wites – try to keep the air in the egg whites. Spoon 7-9 oopsies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
