Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Jag har bakat veganska saftiga muffins med smak av choklad och en glasyr som gör dem extra lyxiga. Muffinsen har en fudgy konsistens och man kan inte säga att det är gjorda utan ägg. Så kan du inte äta ägg eller äter veganskt testa dessa. Ha en fin dag!

I have baked vegan moist muffins with a chocolate flavor and a glaze that makes them extra luxurious. The muffins have a fudgy texture and you can't tell they are made without eggs. So if you can't eat eggs or eat vegan, try these. Have a nice day!

Veganska Chokladmuffins

100 g vegansmör, smält

1 dl ljust farinsocker

100 g äppelmos

3/4 dl mjölk

2 dl vetemjöl

0,5 dl kakaopulver

1 tsk bakpulver

Glasyr:

25 g vegansmör

1 msk starkt kaffe

1 msk kakaopulver

ca. 1 1/4 dl florsocker

Värm ugnen till 175 C. Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt resterande ingredienser och blanda till en slät smet. Häll smeten i muffinsformar. Grädda i 12-15 minuter.

För glasyren smält smöret och tillsätt kaffe och kakaopulver. Blanda i florsocker lite i taget tills du har en slät glasyr. Bred glasyren på muffinsen.

Vegan Chocolate Muffins

100 g vegan butter, melted

1 dl light brown sugar

100 g applesauce

3/4 dl milk

2 dl wheat flour

0.5 dl cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

Frosting:

25 g vegan butter

1 tbsp strong coffee

1 tbsp cocoa powder

approx. 1 1/4 dl icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 175 C. Mix the butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into muffins cups. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

For the frosting, melt the butter and add the coffee and cocoa powder. Mix in the icing sugar a little at a time until you have a smooth frosting. Spread the frosting on the cake.
