Som du säkert vet tycker jag väldigt mycket om croissanter och är alltid efter nya att testa. På sommaren 2024 smakade jag för första gången croissanter från Baux Pastry som jag köpte på ett café och tyckte genast om dem. Då fick jag veta att caféet köper croissanterna från Baux Pastry. Själva bageriet är i Amsterdam Noord, vilket betyder att vi måste ta en färja för att komma dit. Men det är nog värt resan dit och på helgerna när vi går våra långa promenader passar det perfekt att besöka bageriet. Bageriet är litet, som en kiosk med några platser inomhus. Man kan även beställa kaffe och njuta av bakverken på plats. Vi gjorde det och croissanterna är perfekt gräddade, så krispiga utanpå och mjuka och fluffiga inuti. Denna croissant är min favorit just nu och jag är glad att jag kan även besöka caféen som har just dessa croissanter i sitt utbud. Men jag kan säga att dessa direkt från bageriet och deras ugn smakar bäst.

As you probably know, I really like croissants and am always looking for new ones to try. In the summer of 2024, I tasted croissants from Baux Pastry for the first time, which I bought at a café and immediately liked them. Then I found out that the café buys the croissants from Baux Pastry. The bakery itself is in Amsterdam Noord, which means we have to take a ferry to get there. But it's definitely worth the trip there and on the weekends when we go for our long walks, it is perfect to visit the bakery. The bakery is small, like a kiosk with a few seats inside. You can also order coffee and enjoy the pastries on site. We did that and the croissants are perfectly baked, so crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. This croissant is my favorite right now and I am happy that I can also visit the cafés that has these croissants in their range. But I can say that these straight from the bakery and their oven taste the best.
