Krämig Hallonpaj
60 g smör, rumstempererat
0.5 dl ljust farinsocker
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
1 1/4 dl vetemjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Fyllning
1 dl kondenserad mjölk
2 msk creme fraiche
0,5 ägg
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
hallonsylt
Blanda smör, socker och vanilj. Tillsätt mjöl och bakpulver och rör till en deg. Tryck ut drygt hälften av degen i två små springformar. Rör ihop kondenserad mjölk med creme fraiche, ägg och vanilj till fyllningen. Häll på fyllningen och lägg i klickar av hallonsylt. Strö på resterande deg Grädda pajerna i 175 C i ca 25 minuter. Låt svalna helt.
Creamy Raspberry Pie
60 g butter, room temperature
0.5 dl light brown sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 dl wheat flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
Filling
1 dl condensed milk
2 tbsp creme fraiche
0.5 egg
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
raspberry jam
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the flour and baking powder and stir into a dough. Press slightly more than half of the dough into two small springform pans. For the filling stir together the condensed milk with creme fraiche, egg and vanilla. Pour on the filling and add dollops of raspberry jam. Sprinkle on remaining dough Bake the pies at 175 C for about 25 minutes. Let cool completely.
