Getost passar bra tillsammans med rödbeta och här har jag gjort en kräm på getost, färskost och kryddor som jag serverade med klyftad rödbeta. Rödbetan kan serveras varm eller kall. Mycket gott! 

Goat cheese goes well with beetroot and here I have made a cream of goat cheese, cream cheese and spices that I served with sliced beetroot. The beetroot can be served warm or cold. Very good!


Getostkräm


100 g getost, Chavroux

100 g färskost

1 tsk honung

1 nypa salt

1 nypa svartpeppar


Rör ihop alla ingredienserna. Förvara i kylskåp. Servera med t.ex rödbetor. 



Goat Cheese Cream


100 g goat cheese, Chavroux

100 g cream cheese

1 tsp honey

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of black pepper


Stir together all the ingredients. Store in the refrigerator. Serve with eg beets.
