Mums!

Do you remember the licorice yogurt I wrote about earlier? You can also bake with it, of course :) I made a marble cake with a taste of lemon and licorice. For a more intense licorice taste, I added licorice powder. So incredibly moist and delicious cake. It just gets moister and tastier the days after. Yum!

Citroncurd-Lakrits Tigerkaka

60 g smör, smält

1 dl socker

1 ägg

1,5 dl vetemjöl

3/4 tsk bakpulver

en nypa salt

0,5 dl mjölk

0,5 dl citroncurd

0,5 dl lakritsyoghurt

1 tsk lakritspulver

Lemon Curd-Licorice Marble Cake

60 g butter, melted

1 dl sugar

1 egg

1.5 dl wheat flour

3/4 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt

0.5 dl milk

0.5 dl lemon curd

0.5 dl licorice yogurt

1 tsp licorice powder

Mix butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Then mix in wheat flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Put a little more than half of the batter in another bowl and mix in the lemon curd. In the second batter mix in the yogurt and licorice powder. Pour half of the lemon batter into a small greased and floured baking pan and top with the licorice batter and then with the remaining lemon batter. Pull a knife through the batter and bake the cake at 175 C for about 35 minutes.
