I like Brussels sprouts and I like to eat it cooked with salt. But sometimes it is fun to vary a bit so this time I seasoned the sprouts with mustard and maple syrup. So incredibly good, feel free to try it out!
Stir Fried Brussels Sprouts
3 dl Brussels sprouts, tip of ends trimmed, outer leaves removed and halved
0.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp olive oil
one pinch of salt
one pinch of black pepper
Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiled water for about 5 minutes. Remove the water and put the sprouts in a skillet and add the maple syrup, mustard and spices. Fry for 5 minutes.
Stekt Brysselkål
3 dl Brysselkål, halverade och yttre blad avlägsnade
0,5 msk lönnsirap
1 tsk dijonsenap
1 tsk olivolja
en nypa salt
en nypa svartpeppar

Jag gillar brysselkål. En gång delade vi den, ringlade över olja, strödde över salt och peppar och rostade i ugnen. Det blev supernajs.
