Cardamom is such a good spice and perfect in pastries. In Indian cuisine, cardamom is used in food and if you have not cooked with cardamom then I recommend you to try it. But first, you can bake these incredibly good cookies :)
Almond Paste & Cardamom Cookies
8 pcs
50 g butter, softened
0.5 dl granulated sugar
1 small egg
30 g almond paste, grated
1.5 dl all-purpose flour
0,5 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg together with the flour, baking soda, salt and almond paste. Shape into balls and put them on the baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Mandelmassa & Kardemumma Cookies
8 st
50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl strösocker
1 äggula
30 g mandelmassa, riven
1,5 dl mjöl
0,5 tsk kardemumma
1/4 tsk bikarbonat
1/8 tsk salt
