A delicious chocolate dessert served with ice cream that melts on top. Oh, so incredibly good. It is the best eaten warm, but of course you can heat it later if you want. Simple and delicious, just the way I like it :).
Skillet Brownie
5 tbsp wheat flour
6 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
one pinch of salt
2.5 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
chocolate chunks plus more to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 15 cm cast iron skillet with coconut oil. Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl. Add the egg and oil and stir. Stir in chocolate chunks. Spread in the prepared pan, sprinkle with more chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve with ice cream.

5 msk vetemjöl
6 msk strösocker
2 msk kakaopulver
en nypa salt
2,5 msk vegetabilisk olja
1 ägg
chokladbitar, plus mer att strö på toppen
Värm ugnen till 175 ° C. Smörj en 15 cm gjutjärnspanna med kokosnötsolja. Rör samman mjöl, socker, kakaopulver och salt i en skål. Tillsätt ägget och oljan och rör om. Blanda i chokladbitar. Häll smeten i den stekpannan, strö över mer chokladchips om så önskas. Grädda i 15-18 minuter. Servera med glass.
