I have previously done a vegan version of liver casserole and it became very good. Now I had cauliflower rice at home that needed to be used and I used that instead of rice as usual used in the liver casserole. It turned out really good. And the taste is very similar to the original. I really liked the liver casserole before I became a vegetarian, so it's great to be able to make a vegan version of it. I used this recipe, but instead of rice I used cauliflower rice. Do you like liver casserole?
