Halloumiburgare är bara så gott! Jag använde hembakat bröd, men köpebröd funkar också. Jag gjorde en sås på bl.a. creme fraîche och majonnäs. Jag tar ungefär lika mängd av båda och kryddar efter smak. Jättegott :) och en passande fredagsmiddag!

 Halloumi burger is just so good! I used homemade bread, but you can use store bought bread as well. I made a sauce on creme fraîche and mayonnaise. I use about the same amount of both and season to taste. Delicious :) and a great Friday dinner!
