I did as you may already know Shrove waffles this year, but I also made Shrove pancakes :) So yummy! The batter makes 4 small pancakes and I chose to use a cookie cutter to make them look a bit prettier and it's more fun to serve them like this too.
Shrove Tuesday Protein Pancakes
4 pcs
2.5 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2.5 tbsp coconut flour
2 egg whites
1 dl almond milk
1 tsp ground cardamom
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
topping: whipped cream and almond paste
Mix all the ingredients with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 4 pancakes until golden brown. Top with almond paste and whipped cream.

2,5 msk vaniljproteinpulver
2,5 msk kokosmjöl
2 äggvitor
1 dl mandelmjölk
1 tsk mald kardemumma
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
topping: vispad grädde och mandelmassa
Blanda alla ingredienser med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 4 plättar tills de är gyllenbruna. Toppa med mandelmassa och vispgrädde.
