Do not let the color of this breakfast scare you :) It's Bircher muesli with eg a superfood powder called Greens + that contains spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass, alfalfa grass, acai berries among other superfoods. I buy my powder on iHerb.
Bircher Muesli with Greens+
1.5 dl rolled oats
2 dl milk of choice
2 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 scoop Greens+ wild berries
1 banana, mashed
Stir together all the ingredients in a jar and put in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours.
Bircher Müsli med Greens+
1,5 dl havregryn
2 dl valbar mjölk
2 tsk linfrön
1 tsp hampafrön
1 skopa Greens+ wild berries
1 banana, mosad
Rör ihop alla ingredienserna i en burk och lägg i kylen över natten eller för några timmar.
