A hearty and protein rich smoothie tastes good after a sweaty workout. But you can also drink this as part of your lunch or even as a snack. You can use spinach instead of kale and use the protein powder you have. I prefer protein powder with vanilla flavor.
Kale Protein Smoothie
3 dl wated, cold
3 dl frozen berries / fruit
1 handful of kale
2 scoops of protein powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp walnuts
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Grönkål Proteinsmoothie
3 dl vatten, kallt
3 dl frysta bär / frukt
1 handfull grönkål
2 skopor proteinpulver
1 msk malda linfrön
1 msk valnötter
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer tills slät. Häll i ett glas och njut!
