Chia pudding can be made in different flavours, just let your imagination run wild. This version Ekvis would have certainly liked; banana, chocolate and peanut butter :)
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
2 dl almond milk (3/4 cup +1 tbsp)
2,5 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp peanut butter or powdered peanut butter
1 banan, mashed
vanilla extract
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend until
completely smooth. Put in the refrigerator until set or overnight.
Choklad Banan Jordnötssmör Chiapudding
2 dl mandelmjölk
2,5 msk chiafrön
2 msk kakaopulver
1-2 msk jordnötssmör eller pulveriserad jordnötssmör
1 banan, mosad
vaniljextrakt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Ställ i kylskåp tills
den stelnat eller över natten.
