Gingerbread Granola

Nu i december kan man frossa i allt med pepparkakssmak :) Håller du med? Jag gjorde min favorit granola med smak av pepparkaka och den blir så god att äta med yoghurt. Men den är god att äta som sådan också.

Now in December you can indulge in anything with a gingerbread flavor :) Do you agree? I made my favorite gingerbread-flavored granola and it tastes so good with yogurt. But it's good to eat on its own too.

Gingerbread Granola

3 dl rolled oats

1.5 dl seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)

0.5 dl coconut flakes

1.5-2 tsp gingerbread spice

a pinch of salt

3 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp agave syrup

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 165 C. Add the oats, seeds, coconut, gingerbread spice and salt to a bowl and stir. Melt the coconut oil and agave syrup. Add the vanilla. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread into an even layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn the sheet halfway through so that everything bakes evenly. Turn off the oven and let the granola sit there until the oven is cool. Store in a glass jar with a lid.

Pepparkaks-Granola

3 dl havregryn

1,5 dl frön (pumpa, solros, sesam)

0,5 dl kokosflingor

1,5-2 tsk pepparkakskrydda

en nypa flingsalt

3 msk kokosolja

2 msk agavesirap

0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt

Värm ugnen till 165 C. Blanda havregryn, frön, kokos, pepparkakskrydda och salt i en skål och rör om. Smält kokosoljan och agavesirapen. Tillsätt vaniljen. Häll över de torra ingredienserna och rör om. Lägg blandningen på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt och bred ut till ett jämnt lager. Grädda i 25-30 minuter. Vänd på plåten efter halva tiden så att allting bakas jämnt. Stäng av ugnen och låt granolan stå där tills ugnen är kall. Förvara i en glasburk med lock.
