Jag fick inspiration till denna röra från Instagram. Jag är lite tveksam till citron i mat, men ville ändå testa. För det är ju fräscht och gott. Ja, i alla fall i bakverk. Jag tog lite mindre citronzest och nästa gång jag gör röran kommer jag att utesluta den helt. Mycket gott och gillar du citron i mat testa gärna. Ha en fin dag!

Zucchini Fetaoströra


1 zucchini

100 g fetaost

1 dl kvarg

0,5 citron zest 

basilika-vitlökskrydda, efter smak


Tärna zucchinin och stek tills mjuk. Lägg bitarna i en mixer tillsammans med resterande ingredienser. Mixa slät. Servera till grillat, chips, tortillachips…



Zucchini Feta Cheese Dip


1 zucchini

100 g feta cheese

1 dl quark

0.5 lemon zest

basil-garlic seasoning, to taste


Dice the zucchini and fry until soft. Place the zucchini in a blender together with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Serve with grilled food, chips, tortilla chips...
