Har du bakat bröd med riven ost i? Helst skall man använda en smakrik ost, för det blir godast så. Nästa gång tänkte jag att jag använder mig av ostkuber istället för riven ost. Då får man ostbitar i tuggorna. Visst låter det också gott? Ha en bra dag!
Have you baked bread with grated cheese in it? Preferably you should use a flavourful cheese, because it tastes best that way. Next time, I thought I'd use cheese cubes instead of grated cheese. Then you get pieces of cheese in the bites. Doesn't it also sound good? Have a nice day!
Ostbröd
3 dl vatten, 43 C
10 g torrjäst
1 tsk salt
1dl riven ost, smakrik
ca. 7-8 dl mjöl (råg- och fullkornsmjöl)
1 msk olja
Blanda vatten, torrjäst och salt. Tillsätt ost och mjöl och blanda till en jämn deg, den får vara lite kladdig. Låt jäsa i 30 minuter. Blanda degen och lägg den sedan i en brödform. Låt jäsa ytterligare i 30 minuter. Toppa med riven ost och grädda brödet i 175 C i ca 20 minuter.
Cheese Bread
3 dl water, 43 C
10 g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1dl grated cheese, sharp taste
ca. 7-8 dl flour (rye and wholemeal flour)
1 tbsp oil
Mix water, dry yeast and salt. Add cheese and flour and mix to a smooth dough, it may be a little sticky. Let rise for 30 minutes. Mix the dough and then place it in a loaf pan. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake the bread at 175 C for about 20 minutes.

DeleteJag bakar sällan bröd eftersom jag är så dålig på att använda jäst. Men om jag bakar bröd med ost använder jag gärna västerbottensost. Det är min favorit. Ha en fin dag!
