Almond in pastries are so good, I think :) I had small almond biscuits at home and chose to crush them a bit and mix in the batter. They really gave a lot of flavor to the cake. Hope you have a nice day!
Mandelkaka
55 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl socker
1 stort ägg
3/4 dl vetemjöl
2 msk mandelmjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk mandelextrakt
2 msk amaretti knapriga mandelkex, smulade
Blanda smör och socker pösigt. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i ensmord och mjölad liten bakform. Grädda kakan i 175 C i ca 20-25 minuter.
Almond Cake
55 g butter, soft
0.5 dl sugar
1 large egg
3/4 dl wheat flour
2 tbsp almond flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp amaretti crispy almond biscuits, crumbled
Mix butter and sugar fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased and floured small baking tin. Bake the cake at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes.
