I remember a pineapple pie from my childhood and I think this one I baked is similar to it. If you do not like pineapple, you can use other fruits or berries. Blueberries are good to have in such a pie. Have a nice day!
Ananas-Kvargpaj
Pajbotten:
50 g smör
2 msk socker
0,5 ägg
0,5 dl vetemjöl
2 msk havregryn
1/4 bakpulver
Fyllning:
75 g kvarg
2 msk socker
1/4 tsk vanilj
0,5 ägg
85 g krossad ananas, avrunnen
Blanda samman smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och blanda. Blanda sedan i vetemjöl, havregryn och bakpulver till en smet. Tryck ut smeten i två små pajformer. Fyllning: Rör ihop kvarg, socker, ägg, vanilj och ananas. Häll fyllningen i pajformerna. Grädda i 175 C graders ugn i ca. 30 minuter.
Pineapple-Quark Pie
pie crust:
50 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
0.5 egg
0.5 dl wheat flour
2 tbsp oats
1/4 baking powder
Filling:
75 g quark
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
0.5 egg
85 g crushed pineapple, drained
Mix butter and sugar together. Add the egg and mix. Then mix in wheat flour, oats and baking powder to a batter. Press the batter into two small pie tins. Filling: Stir together quark, sugar, egg, vanilla and pineapple. Pour the filling into the pie tins. Bake in 175 ° C oven for approx. 30 minutes.
