Although I do not like rum as in alcohol, I like the taste of rum essence in pastries. These cookies turned out really good.
Rum & Sprinkle Cookies
8 pcs
50 g butter, softened
0.5 dl granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
0.5 tsp rum essence
1.5 dl all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp sprinkles
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg yolk together with the flour, rum essence, baking soda, salt and sprinkles. Shape into balls and put them on the baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes.

50 g smör, mjukt
0,5 dl strösocker
1 äggula
0.5 tsk romessens
1,5 dl mjöl
1/4 tsk baksoda
1/8 tsk salt
