Vegetarian patties are good and when made from beans they are also very protein rich. You can eat them as such with e.g. rice and some sauce or as we did this time as a burger. Delicious! Have a nice Sunday!
Black Eyed Bean Burgers
2 dl Pauluns supermix, cooked
2 dl black eye beans, rinsed
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 teaspoon psyllium shell
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of chili powder
salt
black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Put the mixture in the fridge for 5-10 minutes. Shape into four burgers and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175 C for about 30 minutes. Turn the patties after 15 minutes.
Svartögda Bönburgare
2 dl Pauluns supermix, kokt
2 dl svartögda bönor, sköljda
2 msk havregryn
1 tsk psylliumskal
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
en nypa chilipulver
salt
