I really like oat bread and tried to bake different each time. This recipe I found on Valio. The bread is compact, tastes good and get crispy edges. It's good to toast. My favorite oat bread is still this one. So simple and so good!
Havrebröd
2,5 dl havredryck
3/4 tsk torrjäst
2,5 dl havremjöl
2 dl havregryn
3/4 tsk salt
Värm havredrycken till 42 C grader och blanda i jästen. Blanda sedan i de resterande ingredienserna. Låt degen jäsa under duk i cirka 2 timmar. Gör små platta bröd av degen (använd mjöl på händerna för att degen är kladdig) och lägg dem på en plåt med bakplåtspapper. Låt jäsa i ytterligare 30 minuter. Grädda i 225 C grader i ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna.

3/4 tsp dry yeast
2.5 dl oats
2 dl oat flour
3/4 tsp salt
Heat the oat drink to 42 C degrees and mix in the yeast. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Allow the dough to rise under a cloth for about 2 hours. Make small flat breads of the dough (use flour on your hands because the dough is sticky) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 225 C degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool.
