Lasagna has always been one of my favorite dishes. And it's a dish that gets tastier the day after, do you agree? This time I made the cheese sauce using quark and it turned out perfect. Have you tried with quark?
Vegetarisk Lasagne med Kvargsås

vitlökspulver

Stek lök och sojafärs i en stekpanna. Tillsätt tomatsåsen. Blanda ingredienserna till kvargsåsen och smaka på den och krydda efter behag. Häll lite av tomatsåsen i botten på en ugnsform och lägg på lasagneark och kvargsås. Gör några lager och sluta med kvargsås och riven ost. Grädda i 175 C i ca 40 minuter.

Quark Sauce:
quark
grated cheese
garlic powder
pepper
oregano
salt
black pepper

Fry onions and soy mince mat in a frying pan. Add the tomato sauce. Mix the ingredients for the quark sauce, taste it and season to your liking. Pour some of the tomato sauce into the bottom of a baking dish and place on lasagna sheets and quark sauce. Make a few layers and finish with the quark sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 175C for about 40 minutes.
