If you have leftover cooked rice, do not throw it away. Make fried rice with vegetables, quorn and eggs. So simple, but incredibly good!
Fried Rice
cooked rice
onion, chopped
peas
bell pepper, chopped
quorn pieces
quorn pieces
eggs
curry
salt
black pepper
Heat a skillet and add some oil. Add the onion, and vegetables and fry for a minute. Add the rice and quorn and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the eggs and stir to combine. Season with curry, salt and pepper.

paprika, hackad

DeleteFried rice är nog gott:) Använder ris mest som rismjöl, men ibland också som stekt med grönsaker osv.
