Happy first Sunday of Advent! Can you believe that we are already in December and Christmas is approaching fast. The time around Christmas should in my opinion be cozy, calm and enjoyable. To enjoy candlelights, Christmas decorations and good baked goodies with a scent of gingerbread.
Pepparkaks-Choklad Cookies
12 st
60 g mjukt smör
3/4 dl strösocker
0,5 dl kokossocker
0,5 ägg
1 3/4-2 dl vetemjöl
0,5 msk pepparkakskrydda
3/4 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
0,5 dl hackad choklad
Sätt ugnen på175 C grader. Blanda ihop smör, strösocker och kokossocker. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda sedan i mjöl, pepparkakskrydda, bakpulver, salt och choklad. Rör om väl och arbeta till en smidig deg. Rulla till matskedsstora bollar och platta till dem en aning. Lägg dem på en plåt och klädd med bakplåtspapper. Lämna mellanrum mellan kexen. Grädda 8-10 minuter. Låt kexen svalna.
Gingerbread-Chocolate Cookies

0.5 dl coconut sugar
0.5 egg
1 3/4-2 dl wheat flour
0.5 tbsp gingerbread spice
3/4 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
0.5 dl chopped chocolate
Heat the oven to 175 C degrees. Stir together butter, sugar and coconut sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Then mix in flour, gingerbread spice, baking powder, salt and chocolate. Stir well to a smooth batter. Roll tablespoon sized balls and flatten them a little. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave space between the cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool.
