When I make burgers, I like to bake the hamburger buns myself. Last time I made these buns. These brioche buns are fluffy and good. Do you bake your bread yourself?
Brioche Hamburgerbröd
4 st
ca 3,5 dl flerkornsmjöl
0,5 msk torrjäst
0,5 msk strösocker
0,5 tsk salt
1,5 dl vatten, 42-44 C
1 litet ägg
25 g smör, rumsvarmt
Blanda mjöl, jäst, socker och salt. Ha i resterande ingredienser och knåda degen i maskin i 5 minuter. Låt jäsa i 40 minuter. Forma degen till fyra bröd och lägg på en bakplåt. Låt jäsa ytterligare i 30 minuter. Pensla bröden med ägg och strö på sesamfrön. Grädda i 175 C (luftvarmsugn) i ca 15 minuter.

0.5 tbsp dry yeast
0.5 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1.5 dl water, 42-44 ° C
1 small egg
25 g butter, soft
Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough in a machine for 5 minutes. Allow to rise for 40 minutes. Form the dough into four buns and put them on a baking sheet. Allow to rise for 30 minutes. Brush the bread with egg and sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes.

Fina hamburgerbullar:) Jag undviker bröd nu, eller gör nog glutenfri bröd då och då, men jag kan ju äta med ögonen;D
