1 dl socker
1 stort ägg
1 msk citronsaft
0,5 tsk citronskal
1,5 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
Vispa smör och socker fluffigt. Vispa i ägget. Blanda i citronsaft, citronskal, vetemjöl och bakpulver. Häll smeten i en liten smord och mjölad bakform. Grädda kakan i 175 C i ca 30 minuter. Låt svalna.
