I saw this exciting recipe here. The bread contains hummus and tahini and is gluten-free. I just had to bake it. You do not taste so much of hummus, more the taste of buckwheat flour with its earthy taste. A different and fun bread.
Gluten-free Hummus Buckwheat Bread
7 dl buckwheat flour
1 tbsp baking soda (I used baking powder)
3 dl water
1.8 dl plain hummus
1 dl tahini
a pinch of salt
pumpkin seeds, for garnish on top
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well with a spatula. Transfer the dough to a pan prepared with baking paper. Top the bread with pumpkin seeds. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 55 minutes at 200°C.
Glutenfritt Hummus Bovetebröd
7 dl bovetemjöl
1 msk bikarbonat (jag använde bakpulver)
3 dl vatten
1,8 dl hummus
1 dl tahini
en nypa salt
