Over the years I've been blogging, I've done a lot of vegetarian patties and more recipes are welcome, because they are so good and most easy to cook. These patties contain zucchini, two kinds of cheese and spices.
Zucchini Ricottabiffar
500 g zucchini
50 g ricotta
30 g Gruyère ost
1 litet ägg
3-5 msk mandelmjöl
0,5 tsl salt
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
svartpeppar
Riv zucchinin grovt och pressa ut så mycket vätska som möjligt. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Börja med den mindre mängden mandelmjöl och tillsätt och smeten är mycket lös. Forma smeten till 5 biffar och lägg dem på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda biffarna i 200 C i ca 40 minuter.

3-5 tbsp almond flour
0.5 tsl salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Grate the zucchini roughly and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Start with the smaller amount of almond flour and add if the batter is very loose. Form the batter to 5 patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the patties at 200 C for about 40 minutes.
