Moist chocolate muffins with a hint of coffee - yes, thank you :) Or what do you think about this combination? I've always liked coffee flavor in baked goods, but now I drink it with pleasure, as you probably know. Mocha Protein Muffins
25 g vanilla protein powder, Muscletech phase 8
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp sukrin
0.5 tsp baking powder
50 g quark
3 tbsp coffee
1 tbsp Nustevia cocoa syrup
30 g egg whites
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and stir everything together. Divide the batter between 5 silicon molds and bake in 175 C degree oven for 14 minutes.

1,5 msk kokosmjöl
1 msk sukrin
0,5 tsk bakpulver
50 g kvarg
3 msk kaffe
1 msk Nustevia cocoa syrup
30 g äggvita
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en skål. Lägg i de våta ingredienserna och rör ihop allting. Fördela smeten mellan 5 silikonformar och grädda i 175 C graders ugn i 14 minuter.
