I more than happy to have a small treat with my afternoon coffee / tea. These protein balls are easy to make and keeps well in the refrigerator. You can use other protein powder than what I have used, but remember that the amount of liquid may need to be adjusted depending on the protein powder you use.
Nutty Vanilla Protein Bliss Balls
4 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Musletech phase 8)
4 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp macadamia milk
2 tsp coconut oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls. Store in the fridge.
4 msk vanilj proteinpulver (Musletech phase 8)
4 msk mandelmjöl
2 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk macadamiamjölk
2 tsk kokosolja
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och forma till bollar. Förvara i kylen.
