Warm sandwiches are childhood memory for me. They are very easy to make and are very good. I had made almond meatballs and had leftover tofu, so I used them as a filling for sandwiches. Serve the sandwiches with a good salad or soup.

Bred tomatpuré på brödskivorna och toppa med köttbullor/tofu och tomatskivor. Strö på riven ost. Grädda i 200 C grader i ca 10-15 minuter. Strö på oregano.

Spread tomato paste on the bread slices and top with meatballs / tofu and tomato slices. Sprinkle on grated cheese. Bake at 200 C degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle on oregano.
