I had leftover seitan steak and tomato sauce, so I decided to use them in these pies. The pies were very tasty and good. The pie crust is gluten-free, but seitan is not. If you want to make completely gluten-free pies fill them with something else.
Seitan Pies
seitan, cut into pieces
tomato sauce
pie crust:
5 dl almond flour
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
cheese, grated
For the crust put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir
with a spoon until the mixture forms a ball. Press dough into a 22 cm pie dish
or use several small ones. Fill the pie with seitan, tomato sauce and top with
cheese. Bake at 175° C for 15 minutes.

pajskal:
5 dl mandelmjöl
2 msk kokosolja
1 ägg
1/4 tsk salt
ost, riven
För pajskalet lägg alla ingredienser i en skål och rör om
med en sked tills blandningen bildar en boll. Tryck degen i en 22 cm pajform
eller använd flera små formar. Fyll pajen med seitan, tomatsås och toppa med
ost. Grädda i 175 ° C i 15 minuter.
