Today, I give you a recipe for protein-rich scones, they contain protein powder and peanut butter. I even added orange zest for a fresh taste and in hindsight, I think that cranberries would have fitted perfectly in these scones. They taste best freshly made and I recommend that you eat them the same day they are baked.
Orange Protein Scones
3 pcs
3 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 scoop of vanilla protein powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp orange zest
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then add the
peanut butter and milk and stir until combined. Shape the mixture into three scones and bake in 175 C degrees for 10 minutes. Eat preferably warm.
Apelsin Proteinscones
3 st
3 msk mandelmjöl
2 msk kokosmjöl
1,5 skopa vaniljproteinpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
2 msk mandelmjölk
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 tsk apelsinskal
Blanda de torra ingredienserna i en skål. Tillsätt sedan
jordnötssmör och mjölk och rör om. Forma blandningen till tre scones och grädda i
175 C grader i 10 minuter. Äts med fördel nygräddade.
