Dates and cinnamon are flavours that are associated with Christmas. Coconut Sugar gives a caramel flavor that goes well with the dates which also has a toffee-ish flavor.
I baked two small cakes and I think it's a good choice to make small cakes of this recipe, because I have noticed when you bake with flaxseed egg and almond flour that the result will be sticky, in a good way of course. I also recommend using silicone molds.

Cake
2
cakes
75
g dates
0,5
dl water
0,5
flax egg (0,5 tbsp flaxseed meal + 1,5 tbsp water)
0,5
dl coconut oil
0,5
dl coconut sugar
¾ dl
almond flour
0,5
dl oat flour, gf
¼ dl
orange juice
0,5 tsp
baking powder
0,5 tsp cinnamon
0,5 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp

Put
the dates and water in a saucepan and cook until the water has absorbed and the
dates are mushy. Let cool. In a bowl stir together flax-egg, date puree,
coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir
until smooth. Pour the batter into two silicon molds, 7cm, and bake at 175 C
for 25-30 minutes.
Dadelkaka
2 st
75 g dadlar
0,5 dl vatten
0,5 linfrö-ägg (0,5 msk linfrömjöl + 1,5 msk vatten)
0,5 dl kokosolja
0,5 dl kokossocker
¾ dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl havremjöl, gf
¼ dl apelsinjuice
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk kanel
0,5 tsk kanel
¼ tsk vanilj
grädda i 175 C i 25-30 minuter.
