Soft cookies that melt in your mouth. The cookies have a chocolate flavor and I topped them with pearl sugar, but flaky salt also works well. And if you want to be playful, you can top them with colorful sprinkles. Delicious with coffee.
Chocolate Pearl Sugar Cookies
10 pcs
125 g butter, softened
75 g sugar
120 g flour
30 g cocoa powder
one pinch of salt
pearl sugar
Whisk together the butter and sugar. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until smooth. Shape into balls and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with pearl sugar. Bake at 165 C for about 12-14 minutes.
Chokladpärlsockerkakor
10 st
125 g smör, mjukt
75 g socker
120 g mjöl
30 g kakaopulver
en nypa salt
pärlsocker
Vispa ihop smör och socker. Tillsätt mjöl, kakaopulver och salt. Rör tills det är slätt. Forma till bollar och lägg dem på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Toppa med pärlsocker. Grädda i 165 °C i cirka 12-14 minuter.
