Har du apelsiner eller apelsinjuice hemma? Baka då denna kaka som smakar så gott av apelsin och är saftigt god. Enkel och god :)

Orange Bundt Cake


1 egg

60 g sugar

75 ml oil

120 ml orange juice

125 g flour

1 tsp of baking powder


Whisk together the egg and the sugar until flufy. Add oil and orange juice. The stir in flour and baking powder. Pour the batter into a small greased and floured loaf pan. Top with orange custard pieces. Bake at 175 C 25-30 minutes. Let cool. 



Apelsinkaka


1 ägg

60 g socker

75 ml olja

120 ml apelsinjuice

125 g mjöl

1 tsk bakpulver


Vispa ihop ägg och socker tills det är fluffigt. Tillsätt olja och apelsinjuice. Rör sedan i mjöl och bakpulver. Häll smeten i en liten smord och mjölad brödform. Toppa med apelsinkrämbitar. Grädda i 175 °C i 25-30 minuter. Låt svalna.
