When you want bread quickly, you can bake these rolls. Only a few ingredients and they are moist and delicious. The quark gives the rolls a sourness, so if you know you don't like it, you can mix in a little sweetness in the form of syrup or honey. But I think you don't taste the sourness when you have toppings on the rolls.
Kvargsemlor
3 dl kvarg
2 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl fullkornamjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Forma till fyra runda bollar och lägg dem på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda i 200 C i ca 15-20 minuter.
Quark Bread Rolls
3 dl quark
2 dl wheat flour
0.5 dl wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Shape into four round balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 C for about 15-20 minutes.
