Crispy pies with a delicious blueberry jam filling. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Simple and delicious!
3-4 pajer
Pajdeg:
1 1/4 dl vetemjöl
3 msk strösocker
1/4 tsk bakpulver
70 g smör
blåbärssylt
Blanda vetemjöl, strösocker och bakpulver. Tillsätt smöret. Arbeta snabbt till en deg. Ställ degen i kylskåp i 15 minuter. Tryck ut halva degen i pajformer. Lägg andra halvan av pajdegen tillbaka i kylskåpet. Grädda pajbotten i ugnen i 175°C i 10 minuter. Fyll pajskalen med blåbärssylt. Smula på resterande deg. Grädda i ugnen i 175°C i ca 15 minuter tills gyllene.
Blueberry Jam Pies
3-4 pies
Pie dough:
1 1/4 dl wheat flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
70 g butter
blueberry jam
Mix wheat flour, granulated sugar and baking powder. Add the butter. Work quickly into a dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Press half the dough into pie molds. Place the other half of the pie dough back in the refrigerator. Bake the pie crust in the oven at 175°C for 10 minutes. Fill the pie shell with blueberry jam. Crumble the remaining dough. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 15 minutes until golden.
