I saw this recipe on Instagram at Kanita, "my little kitchen" and had to bake them the next day. So easy to bake, no kneading just mix all the ingredients. And they turn out so fluffy, soft and delicious. I can tell you that I've already baked them three times :) Try them too :)
Fullkornssemlor
2,5 dl vatten, ljummet
1 tsk torrjäst
1 tsk socker
3 dl vetemjöl
1,5 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 tsk salt
2 msk olja
Blanda vatten, jäst och socker. Låt stå i 5 minuter. Blanda sedan i mjöl, salt och olja. Blanda till en kladdig deg. Låt jäsa i 1 timme. Klicka ut 8 högar på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Värm ugnen till 250 C. Grädda bröden i ca 10 minuter.
Wholemeal Rolls
2.5 dl water, lukewarm
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 dl wheat flour
1.5 dl wholemeal flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes. Then mix in flour, salt and oil. Mix to a sticky dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Place 8 mounds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat oven to 250 C. Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes.
