Pecan nuts and chocolate flavoured cookies. Is this something you would like? Do you like nuts in chocolate? Then you can use a chocolate that has nuts in it or you can do as I did and have the nuts and chocolate separately. Very tasty!



Choklad Pekannöt Cookies

10 st 


85 g smör

1 1/4 dl ljust farinsocker

0.5 tsk vaniljextrakt

1 litet ägg

1,5 dl vetemjöl

1/4 tsk bakpulver

50 g choklad

50 g pekannötter


Blanda smör, socker och vaniljextrakt fluffigt. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Lägg tio bollar av smeten på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Grädda kakorna i 175 C i ca 10 minuter. Låt svalna. 



Chocolate Pecan Cookies

10 pcs


85 g butter

1 1/4 dl light brown sugar

0.5 tsp vanilla extract

1 small egg

1.5 dl wheat flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

50 g chocolate

50 g pecans


Mix butter, sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well. Then mix in the remaining ingredients. Place ten balls of the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 175 C for about 10 minutes. Let cool.
