A simple dessert that is quick to make and is a nice treat to have after dinner. It is creamy and the biscuit pieces pressed into the filling become soft and delicious. I also have crumbled biscuits in the filling itself and in the bottom of the glasses. Yum, yum!
Cheesecake i Glas
50 g färskost
40 g kvarg
40 g vispgrädde
2 msk florsocker
0,5 tsk vaniljextrakt
marie chokladkex, smulade och bitar
Lägg kexsmulor i botten på små glas. Blanda färskost, kvarg, vispgrädde, florsocker, vanilj och kexsmulor. Lägg i glasen och tryck i bitar av kex. Ställ i kylen innan servering.
Cheesecake in a Glass
50 g cream cheese
40 g quark
40 g whipped cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
Marie chocolate biscuits, crumbled and pieces
Put biscuit crumbs in the bottom of small glasses. Mix cream cheese, quark, whipped cream, icing sugar, vanilla and biscuit crumbs. Pour into glasses and press in biscuit pieces. Refrigerate before serving.
