I had some yogurt that needed to be used up and so I took the opportunity to bake a bread. The bread turned out so moist and delicious. I topped the bread with seeds and if you want, you can also mix seeds into the dough itself. Have a great day!
Yoghurtbröd
3 dl rågmjöl
2 dl vetemjöl
2 dl havregryn
2 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk salt
5 dl naturell yoghurt
2 msk sirap
Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Blanda i yoghurt och sirap. Klä en brödform med bakplåtspapper häll i smeten. Grädda i 175 C i ca 50 minuter. Låt svalna.
Yogurt Bread
3 dl rye flour
2 dl wheat flour
2 dl oatmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 dl plain yoghurt
2 tbsp syrup
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in yoghurt and syrup. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake at 175 C for about 50 minutes. Let cool.
