Oat buns that is healthy, tasty and rich in protein. They contain oatmeal, cottage cheese and eggs. They are quick to make as they do not need to rise. Very tasty and if there is any left over you can freeze them. Also try toasting them. Have a nice day!
Havre Grynostbröd
5-6 st
4 dl havregryn
2 dl grynost
2 ägg
1 tsk bakpulver
1/4-0,5 tsk salt
frön för topping
I en matberedare mixa havregryn, grynost och ägg tills slät. Blanda i bakpulver och salt. Forma till runda bröd och lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Toppa med frön. Grädda i 175 C i ca 20-25 minuter.
Oat Cottage Cheese Buns
5-6 pcs
4 dl oatmeal
2 dl cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4-0.5 tsp salt
seeds for topping
In a food processor, mix oatmeal, cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Mix in baking powder and salt. Shape into round buns and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top with seeds. Bake at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes.
