Today is Finland's Independence Day! You can quickly make these treats if you have gingerbread dough at home :) I used homemade gingerbread dough, but store-bought is just as good. I dipped them in melted dark chocolate and gingerbread crumbs. Easy and delicious!

Forma pepparkaksdegen till små bollar och ställ i frysen. Smält chokladen och doppa bollarna i chokladen. Toppa med smulad pepparkaka. Låt stelna och förvara pralinerna i kylen.
Gingerbread Dough Pralines

Shape the gingerbread dough into small balls and put in the freezer. Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in the chocolate. Top with crumbled gingerbread if you like. Allow to harden and store the pralines in the fridge.
